Re: question-software requirements

Well, firstly thank you for your reply!!
My question is that I dont know if there are any hardware interfaces..I mean the description of the logical and the physical characteristics of each interface between the software and the hardware, to include communication protocols or supported devise types..
The second one is if there are any safety requirements..those that are create damage or loss and if there are any safequards or actions that must be taken..
Also if there are any security requirements..security or privacy issues that protect the product or if there are any user authentication requirements.

Concerning my document, I havent finished it yet (of course..!) and it is written in my language..in Greek. Do you want to translate it in order to send it to you?
Also if any of my questions isn't understandable..please ask me!

Thank you!

Re: question-software requirements

At this time, once installed, Sweet Home 3D can work on a computer unconnected to Internet, but requires updated OpenGL/DirectX drivers for the video card.

When the user install it with Java Web Start (see http://www.sweethome3d.eu/download.html for more information), the user must accept a certificate to run Sweet Home 3D, because it requires to access to disk and to DLLs (for 3D).
No authentication is required.

Re: question-software requirements

Before spending time on a translation in English, send your document in Greek at the email puybaret at users.sourceforge.net.
I'll translate it with http://translate.google.com/ . Even if automatic translation gives results with a lot of errors, it's still readable and I hope I'll be able to check the contents of your document.

Re: question-software requirements

I've send it to you the documentation and I forget to ask you about the meaning of word LWS - is it Living With Star? Those meanings are in the end at glossary. If you find something wrong tell me in order to correct it!

Re: question-software requirements

Thank you. Let me read your document and I'll send you my remarks.
LWS means LightWave Scene.
