Drawing in a scale suitable for small objects, like a cabinet

I want to use Sweet Home 3D to draw smaller projects, like a cabinet that is only a couple feet wide or less, for example. However, the default Drawing Scale on screen is obviously only for a large room or an entire home. I've tried many other drawing programs, but they don't show the dimensions AS you're drawing a wall, line, etc.

As a workaround, you can draw up-scaled versions of the small objects, lets say measures x10 or x100, and then down-scale to the correct size before save the definitive result.

Sure, but the real problem is the zoom level. The zoom should be next to infinite, like it is in most other programs. Then we wouldn't need this workaround.

Re: Drawing in a scale suitable for small objects, like a cabinet

The drawing of a piece of furniture in its selection rectangle at large zoom factors that was fixed in the version 6.1 enables larger zoom factors now, and I was planning to double the maximum allowed zoom in the next version. At the maximum value, 1 mm would be 1 pixel wide at screen.
That should be enough right?

The version 6.3 comes with a maximum zoom where 1 mm = 1 pixel.
