Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
Ok, so here is what I tried : - New project (empty) : ok - 1 wall : ok - adding some walls : ok - 1 room : ok - Adding a door or window : this create a hole in the wall and the artifacts appear. - Removing the door : artifacts are gone - Starting a new project (empty) and adding a just one 3D object (a table) : artifacts appear (the table is not displayed in 3D view) - Starting a new project (empty), adding a wall : ok - Applying a texture to the wall : ok - adding a 3D object (a ball) near the wall : the object is not diplayed, the artifacts appear / No change to the wall (correctly displayed, with the texture)
Seems to be realted to 3D objects. Also, in the 2D view, some objects are correctly displayed (the basket ball), but some others (babyfoot table) are replaced by geometric shapes Hope this will help

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
Thanks, this could help because 3D models and polylines are not handled as walls, rooms, ground. Could you check whether it bugs as soon as you show a polyline in the 3D view too? At the opposite, can you tell me that it works correctly no matter how many walls or rooms you add to the plan? Thanks again.

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
Creating a polyline is working fine : it appears correctly in 3D view, without any artifact.
I just created a plan with 5 rooms (17 walls) -> no artifact But... I've added another room, still ok, and then another one : artifacts appeared on the ground. It's different from the other artifacts which are going in all 3D directions (x,y,z) : these ones are only on (x,y) plan. Moving the room (the floor, without the walls) outside of the 'house' will make the artifacts disappear...

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
These artifacts are probably due to superimposed surfaces, which may happen sometimes. They must happen with driver 22.5.1 too.

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
Could some of you try the version 7.0.2e [link removed] ? It creates furniture 3D models using parameters similar to the ones used for walls and rooms, and maybe it could fix the issue in recent Adrenaline driver versions. Thanks!
[Update: I removed the version 7.0.2e from downloads since it didn't permit any progress. See following messages]

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
Thanks for your tests. So sad that my idea didn’t lead to a working solution As always, it’s much more difficult to fix a bug that I don’t have the means to reproduce.

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
I've found 2 posts describing rendering issues since Adrenalin 22.7 (not the same as for SH3D). Seems to impact many applications... All this just to speed up Minecraft !

Re: Weird 3D Artifacts
Thanks for those links. I found it interesting that for Blender users they could "fix" the problem by changing MSAA settings.
I tried the settings listed here (which appear to be the default settings anyway), and tried "resetting" the settings, but it made no difference at all.
I've also tried various different combinations of all the settings in the antialiasing area of the driver config, and I've added a custom profile just for SH3D. No luck the graphics are still broken.
