Re: How draw the triangle side wall?

That is easy. I assume you have created the ground floor on a level and added a level for the triangle wall and roof. If not that is the first step: Level 0, elevation 0, height 250 (for example). Add a level 1, elevation 270, height 250. Draw the rectangular walls on Level 0 (wall height the same as the level height). Copy them and past them on level 1. On level 1 set the height of the long walls to something very low, 1cm - 5cm.
(Check the preferences where you can set defaults for new levels concerning height, wall and floor thickness. Sweet Home 3D will use these when you add levels.)

To create the triangle walls:
Select one of the short walls, right click and choose "Split wall'.
You can see that the wall splits into two parts with the split exactly in the middle. Select one part and look at the direction of the arrows on that part, this designates a start and end for that part. Double click that part or use Ctrl+Shift+E to get the Modify walls dialog.
On the bottom you can see on the left the height for the wall. To the right you can choose to make it a sloping wall. Set the start to 1cm-5cm and set the end height a little lower than the height of the top of the roof. Do the same for the other part but of course the heights for start and end are reversed. (look at the arrows on the wall in the 2D pane).

Sounds complicated but it is very easy when you have done it once. Repeat the procedure for the other short wall and you have triangle walls on both sides. Add the roof and adjust the wall heights and/or roof elevation when walls and roof don't exactly fit.

You can check this manual to better understand how levels work in Sweet Home 3D: https://dodecagon.nl/content/documents/Levels_Explained.pdf
