Recompiling the applet

Hi Emmanuel,

I've made a small change to the applet (just the initial divider location of split pane) and recompiled it. I got a 19M jar file. What do I need to do in order to get a just 2M jar file?

Thanks.

Nope I never quite figured out what Ant is. I used the jar export facility from eclipse.
