Selectable elements from the 3d viewer
I'd find it useful if i could select individual elements, objects and walls, from the 3dviewer, clicking it while pushing another key.
Two reasons why this would be useful: -its faster then it is to search/identify the object in the inventory list; -works for walls also, since inventory has only the objects covered. And in some models, objects (windows, doors) might cover all the visible(in 2d plan) wall. It happens too often for me.

Re: Selectable elements from the 3d viewer
It would imply to show the selected object in the 3D view too, for example by drawing its wireframe. It wouldn't be so difficult, but wonder if we wouldn't go too far for a software that supposed to remain simple. Note that the version 3.4 will introduce a new Select object submenu in the contextual menu of the plan that will let you select an object among the superimposed ones that appear where you clicked.

That's good news. But such a submenu would be even more useful if it would list also the wall, at the bottom (if all objects are sorted by elevation).
EDIT: nevermind that I'm checking up the beta right now and I see that's already done. Great job.
