love struck My largest sweet home project, in Balikumbat, NWR of CM

love struck Here comes my largest design in sweet home. Its a residential building of nine apartments of various sizes. It occupies a total of 565 sq m. It is currently under construction. I will update again as soon as its roofed in the weeks ahead. Its constructed in what is commonly known here in Cameroon as "semi dur" which is sundry blocks built with cement and sand.

Here are a few pics of the 3d model

The internal decor is found on a separate Sweet Home 3D (.sh3d) file and is not very important as it may not be followed exactly at the end of the day. Its Africa remember.

Wow! That's very cool. Thanks for sharing your project. It's good to see a design become the real thing! Please keep us up to date with it's progress. smile

Why do you make it sound so bad that you live on the african continent dude. Almost every time you mention remember its only africa.... Why do that why break down the continent dude I consider myself an african as I'm born in South Africa. I may be white but it sounds degrading how you state remember its only africa..... Having an african theme can mean many things as there are a multitude of countries religions tribes whats african to one set of AFRICANS is not african to all AFRICAN people. Like here in South Africa we have 11 official languages coz of different tribes of people all having their own meaning of what it is to be an african and their own traditions.

Please Carl, even if I can understand your reaction, avoid speaking about politics here. It's definitively not the place to discuss about this. Hope you can understand. smile

Thanks Emmanuel for your soft words to Carl and Carl, sincerely I mean no offense each time I say "its Africa remember". I mean it in a proud sense where you can draft a plan that you like and give me and in the course of construction I chose to modify whole sections of it with or without your knowledge and it gets better. I really don't think such thing can happen in Europe, so we're smart - you see the point? I do get down to pinpoint my area because I'm proud I'm African. Really sorry Carl, sorry bro.
