Problems in the render textures

Hello,
First I apologize for my very bad English, hope you understand me.
I'm doing the render of a project with my MAC, but every time I do the render any object or sometimes more than one object is in grey color without the original texture.
I've tried to install advanced plugins, change the settings of the plugins and etc but I can't figure it out.
Please can someone help me?

MAC configuration
OSX 10.8.5
processor 2.26 ghz intel core duo
Ram: 8 GB
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M - 256 mb

Please look at the picture on the wall, the bookcase, sofa and tv. All gray

Re: Problems in the render textures

It's very easy help. It looks you are downloading models from warehouse. I had the same in the past.
Every objects originally made for sketchup have the basic material which is mostly on gray color or light blue color. That's why you sometimes have gray or light blue material color as a result on your rendering. If you use this warehouse model for sh3d you have to open material settings on this model and choose "invisible" option for this gray or light blue material.
And voila problem gone smile

@Martin
I tried to do like you said but no, I don't see "invisible" option in the import operation.
Can you send screenshot please ?
