Spherical sky without 3D ground

Is it possible to modify the source code of SH3D to "hide" the 3D ground in order to use an HDRI image in a spherical sky?

It is possible to hide the creation of 3D ground in the PhotoRenderer.java file.

A simple solution is to use an invisible texture for the ground in SH3D but the .hdr format is not supported as sky texture. sad

Here are the results obtained in Sunflow with .hdr files.

But the rabbit is flying, now...
The Sunflow interface is not convenient for viewing scene changes.

Blender accepts the .hdr format, you could better place a 3D object so that it fits into a real image.
Maybe one day Sweet Home 3D will also accept this image format.
