SH3d 5.4 On MacOS Sierra and Macbook Air not working
Using the Java Web Start application. App opens the Menu appears. However, all of the menu items are grayed out except "Open recent home." When I click one of the plans, nothing happens and application hangs. Cannot quit from menu, but kill the process from terminal.
The Java Console when shown shows a bunch of security warnings: Insecure property: (com.eteks.sweethome3d.applicationId, SweetHome3D#JavaWebStart) specified in unsigned j Insecure property: (com.eteks. sweethome3d.deploymentInformation, Java Web Start) specified in unsigned jn Insecure property: (j3d. rend, jog t) specified in unsigned jnlp file wilt not be set. Java Web Start 11.131.2.11 x86_64 Using DRE version 1.8.Ø_131-b11 Java Hotspot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
And then shows an Exception:

It seems to be something with security, do not know how to proceed from here.

Re: SH3d 5.4 On MacOS Sierra and Macbook Air not working
You must have tried a plug-in that blocks the launch of Sweet Home 3D. In the Finder, select Go > Go to folder menu item, and copy paste the folder name ~/Library/Application Support/eTeks/Sweet Home 3D/plugins (with the tilde sign) and remove the plug-in(s) you'll find there.

Re: SH3d 5.4 On MacOS Sierra and Macbook Air not working
Bonjour Emmanuel,
Thanks so much for your help. Sorry for the delay in responding, I had been using the JAR version instead and totally forgot about my post. With the update to High Sierra wanted to try again and found your answer. It worked perfectly. Will test to see which plugin was at fault.
