How can I take a picture of two connected levels?

I'm trying to recreate a skylight room (patio de luz in Spanish, I don't know how to translate it properly) and I created two floors, with a transparent box at the top to recreate a glass. The thing is, when I try to render it for a picture, it just shows the selected floor, not both of them.
