@bdfd, this picture was my inspiration to design floating homes!

BTW, I have changed location...





This shape is originaly named "The Pearl" and was designed by David Fanchon: The Pearl
I converted it to a Floating Home and I call it SeaShell.

Nice renderings! Can I ask you how did you realized the base of the home? In particular the raised part of the basement?
And the semi-circular part of the walls in the back of the Ocean Floater?
