Problem Importing Furniture

I've been trying to import some furniture I found online to Sweet Home 3D however, the textures and colors does not seem to import into Sweet Homes.

The color and textures are off..

Steps I took:
Download from:
https://archive3d.net/?a=download&id=9e9e648e

Import using the import furniture function in Sweet Homes.

Texture/color or blanket and pillow are wrong..

Re: Problem Importing Furniture

The 3DS file seems to be correct, it's just that the textures are different. You can change them afterwards with the Material dialog box shown with the button Materials displayed in furniture pane. See this video at 5'24".

Re: Problem Importing Furniture

Thanks for the video link! That worked to solve the textures issues..

However it does not seem to save.
So if I add another bed to the floor plan, I'll need to retexture everything.

Possible to save it?

Re: Problem Importing Furniture

At the moment, the only way to save your modifications in the furniture catalog would be to export to OBJ your object and reimport it.
Note that you can also copy paste it in other projects.
