Cette erreur ne semble pas bloquante au premier niveau (!) puisque l'ouverture de fichier 3D s'effectue et la visualisation également dans la fenêtre 3D. Je précise qu'il s'agit dune configuration double écrans avec second écran connecté en HDMI.
Comme indiqué dans un thread sur ce forum, j'ai également installé libqt4-opengl, mais le résultat est toujours une erreur au lancement.

Finalement, le problème est bloquant (!) Contrairement à ce que j'avais évoqué précédemment, après sauvegarde du dessin, puis réouverture, l'exception précédente est telle qu'il n'est pas possible d’afficher la fenêtre 3D.
