Is there a way to share one of my designs with someone NOT on the program? Even if it's the paid version, or desktop version, can I create a house and send to someone so they can see it, even if it's only the 2D rendering.

You can share the 2D plan by printing it to PDF or exporting to an image. The 3D view can be shared with Exported homes manager.
