Bizarre behavior
Randomly I have duplicate icons showing up.
Sometimes the menu acts like crazy, other times while accessing properties of an element starts the strange behavior.

Re: Bizarre behavior
You probably encountered the bug #684.
If you use monitoring display software like MSI afterburner / Riva Turner / Discord / NVidia Experience, turning it off should fix your issue.
