Folders for Items

In order to keep projects with a large amount of items organised, can we please have folders? They would NOT function like "grouped furniture", and would have visibility settings still functional for items within the folders.

Re: Folders for Items

You could organize your large project by levels.
We have this option on the furniture list.

Re: Folders for Items

Thanks Doris, I'm looking at that at the moment. I think I'd still want the folders though.

Re: Folders for Items

Don’t hope for these folders. The main problem is how to make something visible again if it’s not listed somewhere.

Re: Folders for Items

Maybe I'm missing something, but the item would not be removed from the folder when invisible, it would be greyed out with the visibility checkbox checked. Thanks!

Re: Folders for Items

This is for organising a bunch of related objects but which are not considered to be combined into one furniture piece. Also for different arrangement options.

Re: Folders for Items

Just in the bottom left pane, I don't know what it's called, the list of objects/items/models deployed in the project.

Re: Folders for Items

The furniture list displays only furniture and not a mix of the various items displayed in the plan.

Re: Folders for Items

I understand. What I'm asking for, is the ability to sub-folder them.
