Re: Sweet home posibilities
my picture takes 1.5 hours to load. Yes, I lost outright here.)) But these pictures still don't come off the assembly line like pies. You can afford the luxury of night loading, piece goods. I still can't get scattered highlights, I've been banging my head against the wall for the second day. But the cracks on the wall are already there, I'm fighting on. Maybe the head will be stronger. Parquet with chamfers (I modeled everything in SH3D), I just made the chamfers as expected, 2 mm, and for rendering it is necessary to lie, make them at least 4 mm. Otherwise, there is no visible effect, I agree.

(Bear in mind, our guest is a professional, so a tool that slows them down too much will not be useful.)
dear sib007. I'll give you 200. No, 300%. This professional does not need our answer at all. I think this post is posted on a variety of sites for the simple purpose of increasing page traffic. I looked there too))). But you and I need to end our conversation and set the record straight. Without contacting the pro author of the topic))). He hasn't been here for a long time. I need time to figure it out before I'm ready for the finals.

Re: Sweet home posibilities
I'd love to be a professional, but unfortunately, I'm just learning, I like renders of this studio cause of their quality and want to work with them, but I am still learning how to improve the quality, will try to make it with Blender. As Corona, 3DS Max, and Photoshop cost too much for me, anyway, thanks for the answers.

Re: Sweet home posibilities
hello! The carpet is a ready-made hairy model. carpet Any image can be stretched on this model at a scale of 800-1000%. It is difficult to model complex shapes in SH3D, objects from boxes and cylinders are well obtained here.

Hi Katy, I would have sworn that you and the portfolio were connected based on your username and stuff. Anyhoo!
As GaudiGalopin said, he downloaded a ready made model, and I was right about the size of it. 2 million faces. Ouch!
If you want to dive into Blender I always suggest complete newcomers start with BlenderGuru on Youtube. Free tutorials, and very well explained. Start with the Donut tutorial to learn the basics (UI, modelling, materials, lighting, rendering), then pick and choose which of his other videos touch on elements that interest you. He's got some good modelling , lighting, and archviz ones (1 , 2). He also has a popular discord channel where you can seek help and advice. About the only issue is that some of videos are getting a bit dated because of how fast Blender has been changing in the last few years, so some things might be done a bit differently in newer versions of Blender.
