Elevation Issue

I just went back to a file I haven't touched in months. I am trying to add a garage door but when I do it inserts about 3 feet above the ground. The issue is that Sweet Home says it has an elevation of zero. I tried copying an existing door and when I paste it, it inserts with the same issue; floating a few feet high but registering an elevation of 0. Any idea what is causing this?

Re: Elevation Issue

Did you draw a floor for your garage?
Check the elevation of your level (double click the level tab if you have multiple levels). You might have a level below your 0 level and no floor drawn. In such a case the floor thickness will show as empty space although 3 feet would be a very thick floor.
