Re: Garage roof has disappeared

Several possibilities. I depends on what you did if the roof is retrievable.

1. You deleted the roof.
If you still have the project open you can use ctrl+Z to undo up to 20 steps (I think). If you did delete it and have closed the project you need a backup of the project file from before the deletion to retrieve your roof. If you have that backup rename the backup project file with a version number or date if you haven't done that when you created the backup. You can open it at the same time as your current project. From the backup you can copy the roof and paste it into your current project. Close the backup project without saving.

2. You made the roof and/or the level invisible.
Make all levels visible. If you don't see your roof look in the bottom-left column where all your furniture is listed. The last column is "Visible". If there are any models that do not have a checkmark in that column one of them may be your roof. You can click the square to make it visible.

3. You moved your roof far out of the visible area.
Make all levels visible. Check in the bottom-left column for the name of your roof. If you see it check that it is visible and then double click it. In the Modify furniture dialog you can set the X and Y coordinates and the elevation to 0. From there you should see your roof and you can move it to the correct position.

I none of these options apply than you did something else. We would need more information about what (you think) you did to give an answer.

Re: Garage roof has disappeared

I found the roof. It was invisible. I forgot about the furniture list because I pulled it down out of sight. Thank you.
