3D view problems

I can't see upper level in my house with 3D view. sad

Please help me...thank's...

When you manage multiple levels, you should take care of which option is selected between the menu items 3D view > Display all levels and 3D view > Display selected level.
If the second one is selected, only the level selected in plan and levels below it will be viewed in the 3D view.

Select second level tab or 3D view > Display all levels.

Ok,I did it,but i still have aerial view.Is it possible to visit the upper level and look like the lower level,get inside the building as a visitor?
I'm sorry if I'm boring, thanks to every kind of help... :-)

Change level using the elevation indicator drawn in the back of the visitor in the plan. See also help about 3D view modification for more help.
