I went through the PDF file for sloping roof. But was not able to understand the method. How do I find the easy method of drawing a sloping roof?? Thanks in advance for your help.

There's no easy method since roof building is not a built-in feature of Sweet Home 3D 3.4.

Those figures are X,Y coordinates used to indicate where to put your wall(s). So 0,300 to 150,100 means that you start horizontally at 0 centimeters and vertically at 300 centimeters, and you and at 150 centimeters horizontally and vertically.
