Problem show levels in 3D

I have a little problem.

In 3D view in options, i can choose to show all levels of my house = no problem smile

But when i select show only selected floor then the 3D show me the selected AND the underlying floors also crying

i mean when i selected the basement:
i see only the base in 3D.

When i select the first floor:
i see the basement AND the first floor in 3D.

When i select the second floor:
i see basement AND first floor AND second floor in 3D.

Is there a system to see ONLY the selected floor
so when i select the second floor i see ONLY the second floor in 3D.

The solution that i have for the moment is to save al the floors in different file's.

Thanks for help en sorry for my bad english tongue

Guy

Re: Problem show levels in 3D

Draw rooms in your plan using Plan --> Create rooms, or use the button in the toolbar. The floor of the room will hide the lower levels.

Re: Problem show levels in 3D

I try but still the same problem.
In 2d i see level by level but in 3d the problem keeps, I gave the floor a structuur but it din't help :(

BTW i make a mistake :)
i sayed floor, but mean room (levels)
i have 3 rooms (3 tabs) (3 levels)
first room = basement = first level
second room = first room = second level
third room = second floor = third level

In 3D view in options, i can choose to show all levels of my house = no problem

But when i select show only selected room in 3D then the 3D show me the selected AND the underlying levels also

i mean when i selected the basement in the 2D:
i see only the base in 3D.

When i select the first floor in 2D :
i see the basement AND the first floor in 3D.

When i select the second floor in 2D:
i see basement AND first level AND second level in 3D.

Is there a system to see ONLY the selected room in 2D
so when i select the second room i see ONLY the second room in 3D.

The solution that i have for the moment is to save al the floors in different file's.

Re: Problem show levels in 3D

Groofertje, don't search further. The real name of the Display selected level menu item should be Display selected level and below levels.

Re: Problem show levels in 3D

Thanks Puybaret.
The context menu really should be renamed. I've found posts dating back to 2011 with the same request.

Re: Problem show levels in 3D

Menu items can’t be too long and the tool tip of this item already shows this longer information.
Note also that since 2014, the ability to hide one or more levels have been added to the program.
