Hi,
I sell a pack of 3d models for sweethome3d based on IKEA furniture, you can find it here: http://3deshop.blogscopia.com/180-ikea-models-for-sweethome3d/
But the IKEA Galant series is not in the pack, I'm sorry 
When I have free time I do free models for sweethome3d too, you can find them here: http://resources.blogscopia.com, and sometimes I do models requested by users of my site. If do you tell me the specific table you need I can do it and publish on the site, not for tomorrow but whitin a few days ;)
